The Coral Sands is a small (12 units) well located -walking distance to town, Kirks groceries store right across the street and at least 4 or 5 5 star restaurants within walking distance. 5 mile beach is within walking distance, as is Camana Bay, the new large entertainment center. The staff is always available, friendly, and helpful. Thought the beach is only fair you can walk right and do some excellent snorkeling. This is a great place to spend your vacation.

This property is cute, cozy and has a great location. Right across the street from Kirk supermarket, making the distance to the downtown harbour, beautiful ocean view, and the beautiful SMB is only a couple minute walk.

I have been to many timeshares at this point in my life and this rates among the best in how well it has been maintained and updated. Many timeshares don’t keep beds and couches in good shape and should be replaced.

The accommodation was clean, had everything we needed, was very comfortable. We found the beds to be good, even the pullout. But most importantly, Harry made us feel like we were family. He answered all our questions and helped us in many ways. He is the absolute best! When traveling to a new country, it’s so nice to know someone can help you navigate a foreign country. I would definitely stay there again just because of Harry.

This small boutique timeshare on the west coast of Grand Cayman is a precious gem!! I stayed here with 2 friends from 9/7-9/14/19 and could not believe our good fortune to check into 1 of the 2 beautiful oceanfront units. I cannot adequately describe how wonderful, quiet, and peaceful I found this resort. The staff are kind, friendly and wholly dedicated to making your week the best it can be.

The beach here is a shallow, calm snorkel beach; if you plan to swim rather than snorkel, bring water shoes. Sunsets are breathtaking from the patio or the sand; the small pool is sparkling clean and descends to a 6 ft depth; the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals; Kirk Market is across the street and the small beach where the fisherman sell their catch is a short drive away. You can walk to Seven Mile Beach if you choose or drive to the many other beautiful beaches.

I experienced several things at this resort that I have not elsewhere in the 27 years I have been vacationing in the Caribbean such as: being offered a vacuum cleaner to remove sand from my rental car, a large water tub om the patio to clean snorkel/dive gear and racks to dry the gear on, a keycode on the patio entry door so access can be made without trying to find a key, modern working flashlights in the nightstands of each bedroom, and continuous strong signal, free wi-fi.

If you want a swim-up bar in your pool with music playing constantly, or having to reserve your beach chair and palapa by 7 AM, this resort is NOT for you!!! I will return to Coral Sands again and again.

This is a great property. The staff are very nice and everything is well-maintained. The location is great, with a grocery store right across the street. We had a car, however with the bus transportation, you could easily do without a car. Although the beach is rocky, it’s quiet and very private with beautiful sunsets each evening. Lots of sandy beaches nearby on 7 mile Beach.

This small resort condo is always a pleasure to be at. It is ideally located, walking distance to Georgetown, Seven Mile Beach and the grocery store. There is a dive shop two doors down. The small number of units allows for interaction with the other guests. It has a small pool for dipping, but with the Caribbean 50 feet away, it just doesn’t get much better.
